A shared idea does not automatically create a shared appointment. Each person needs their own design approval, placement decision and understanding of the terms, even when one organiser sends the first message.

Send individual briefs together
For each participant, list the proposed subject, dimensions, placement and preferred artist. Explain whether the designs should match, share a theme or simply be made during the same visit.
Ask whether sessions would run consecutively or with separate artists. Do not assume enough artists, working spaces or waiting-room seats are available for the whole group. Confirm whether people who are not getting tattooed can attend.
Plan for different decisions
One person may want a larger design because their placement differs. Another may need more discussion or choose not to proceed. Agree that nobody must accept an unresolved design just to keep the group schedule moving.
Ask how deposits and cancellations apply to each booking, including what happens if only one person reschedules. Everyone should receive the terms, not only the organiser.
For matching designs, confirm each person’s final wording independently. Shared enthusiasm can make a spelling or date check feel repetitive, but one participant approving a draft should not be treated as approval for every placement in the group.
Contact Yuyi Tattoo with the individual briefs and proposed date. Simultaneous appointments, group capacity and any pricing arrangement require confirmation; no group discount or shared slot is implied here.
